The Real-Time Availability Feature Will Soon Be Available in Your Market

The real-time availability feature will soon be available to all interested agents in your market. The truly available times for touring your listings can be displayed on broker and consumer-facing websites utilizing our API, reducing scheduling friction and allowing greater transparency when booking tours. All of this increases the likelihood the appointments will be kept.

On July 5, you’ll see the real-time availability setting in the listing worksheet in ShowingTime.

Using Feedback to Create Opportunity for Sellers

When potential buyers tour a listing, the comments they have afterward can be incredibly useful, even if they aren’t always glowing. Often, the insights provided can help guide the conversation with your sellers about improvements that can be made for the next showing. While it’s a delicate topic, this is your seller’s current home, after all, how you frame your conversation can lead to a more positive experience.

Feature of the Month: ShowingTime Waitlist

As you likely have experienced, scheduling tours for high-demand listings can be a challenge. The waitlist feature can help ease the frustration of trying to schedule a tour when a listing has no available times or the availability is limited. Buyer’s agents can add themselves to a waitlist to be notified if an appointment time becomes available. This feature also makes it easy for listing agents to ensure their popular home is toured by buyers that wish to see it by automatically reaching out to agents on the waitlist.
