What are sellers’ options for notifications?
In their Home by ShowingTime app, sellers can select how they would like to be notified of showings or showing requests. Under Notification Settings, they can choose from Push, Email, Text or Call. In the Send Notifications section, sellers can indicate times when notifications can be sent. They can also choose to be notified when a showing is over via push message or text. Agents can also set up sellers’ notification preferences within the Listing Worksheet. See more >
 
What should I do if I’m missing a listing?
If you see that one of your listings is missing, there are a couple of steps you can take. First, check to see that the listing has been published. Next, you can search by listing number within the ShowingTime platform in all active and archived inventory. Learn more >
